This was a very special and expensive ring so i expected Tonell's to be respectful of that. Tonell's Jewelry was all but respectful unfortunately. For starters he forgot to even work on the ring and had to be called several times after weeks when he said it would take 1 week. Secondly, after weeks of waiting my fiancè had the ring on her finger for 3 days before one of the prongs broke holding in a diamond. I grew tired of the subpar work I had paid for and will not be returning to Tonells. I suggest you do the same. I took it to Beatty Jewelers in Punxsutawney to be properly repaired and save myself...
