Stay away from this place I drop of gold chain to have a new clasp put on it, I go back to pick it up I pay the bill of $100 something I don't remember but I get my chain an And that's it I asked where's my old clasp and he says well that's part of the deal, what deal I didn't make no deal on my old gold nor did I say byou can keep a clasp the size of mine which was bigger than the new one. Never have I taking anything to be fixed did they take my old gold it's always been in the package so keep that in mind people when you go to this small town ripe off store. I recently visited Tonell's Jewelery to have my great-grandmother's ring resized and set for my fiancé. This was a very special and expensive ring so i expected Tonell's to be respectful of that. Tonell's Jewelry was all but respectful unfortunately. For starters he forgot to even work on the ring and had to be called several times after weeks when he said it would take 1 week. Secondly, after weeks of waiting my fiancè had the ring on her finger for 3 days before one of the prongs broke holding in a diamond. I grew tired of the subpar work I had paid for and will not be returning to Tonells. I suggest you do the same. I took it to Beatty Jewelers in Punxsutawney to be properly repaired and save myself...

Even though at today's gold price of 2400.00 per ounce the clasp we installed on your chain would be 200.00 to 300.00 dollars. if you are not completely satisfied RETURN IT. and as far as "deleted reviews" go, I have no control over that (if I did I could easily delete yours) so the only ones doing...
