All Backyard Fun — Local services in Broomfield

I wanted to really use the product before posting my opinion. We've had the Savanna Stone firepit for several months now and I'm giving this an overall 4. But there are several parts to my feedback: delivery, support, and the product itself. It was made clear to us that the shipping company would call to schedule the delivery and we were to inspect the product and not accept it if there was serious damage. The delivery was coordinated by Rude Transportation. They never called and we were not home when the delivery arrived. Our neighbor was outside at the time and the driver asked her to sign for it....and she did. When I saw the firepit, I was extremely upset. There was a 4 inch by 12 inch chunk broken out of the top, the frame was busted up. When you have a frame made from 2x4s and it's busted, some severe accident happened. I was surprised the delivery was made at all since the damage was so bad. Rude trucking would get a 1, a 0 if that were possible. That brings me to All Backyard Fun support. They were wonderful. Needless to say, I was upset that it was so damaged it was not usable and the delivery had been signed for. They put me at ease very quickly and assured me they would make this right. They did. Angelique, Jolene, and the rest of the team did a great job. Support would get a 5. As for the product itself...we love it! I would go with the granite top rather than the Savanna Stone, however. When the replacement was delivered, it also had a little bit of damage but not enough to send back (again, they didn't call to schedule the delivery but we were home). This is why I would pay the extra for a real stone top rather than formed concrete. Support came through again and sent a repair kit that worked well. You cannot see the damage. Wow, all i can say is ABF is the full package. The hammered copper firepit I ordered is beautiful. I had a warranty issue and I was dreading talking with them as this thing is big and heavy. They had me send pictures of the issue and in a day they had another replacement on the way. I used the same package to send it back and it literally could not have been easier. Beautiful products, fantastic employees who care about their customers AND reliable service and support when you need it most. Would definitely recommend All Backyard Fun to all of my friends and family.

EDIT: one year later and the same problem occurred after my initial warranty claim but now it is out of warranty. attaching a ouple of updated pictures. customer service is still amazing but waiting to see how this is resolved. I'm very disappointed that these only seem to stay nice looking for a year. I followed suggestions to wax religiously and there was nothing that has been on this pit except sun. The copper has completely corroded and is pitting - it looks awful and I didn't even know that copper could do this. ABYF did send me some cleaner to try but it had no effect and now I've been told to wait a month to see if it improves. the copper is pitted and won't improve...will update on the resolution but even though it initially is one of the most beautiful pits you can imagine, I'd never order a copper one again. hoping that customer service can come through again because $3k for a fire pit that only lasts a few years...

My wife and I needed to purchase several outdoor pieces for our patio. With the price of outdoor furniture these days we wanted something that would last the test of time, not to mention our Colorado weather. With that in mind we visited All backyard Fun and were impressed by their selection, as well as, their patience, and insight in helping us find the perfect outdoor collection. After a couple visits spending about an hour each with Heikke, and his wife, we ordered a table for six, dining chairs, a console table, an outdoor sectional and two matching side chairs from Polywood. With this many pieces we opted for the white-glove delivery and installation service. Boy, are we glad we did! Zach and his crew were wonderful in getting our furniture assembled, placed, and even fixed a couple manufacturing mishaps on Polywood's part. In addition, and without request, Zach unboxed and set up our dining table umbrella and stand purchased from another company. Now that is customer service going above and beyond! From beginning to end the process of designing our outdoor space with All Backyard Fun, has been truly a pleasure.
