The Hut at MVCC — Restaurant in Broomfield

I had brunch here on a slower day and the service was superb and fast. Our orders came out hot and fresh, and the portions were huge for our burrito and our skillet. Best of all, the prices here are very low for what you get, and just blows away any nearby restaurants' prices for similar plates or burritos. We also felt that the meals here have a real nice healthy touch to them - lots of veggies and meats and also a little lower on the saltiness scale (pickup salt packets if you love sodium like me). I visited for lunch yesterday. The bacon cheese burger was absolutely delicious, and the veggies were super crisp and fresh. I had it with funyun chips. The prices were great. Every staff member I interacted with seemed genuinely kind and helpful. It was my first time eating here since moving nearby 6 months ago. I will be sure to return whenever I have a few bucks to spare...

Honestly a great value for a simple sandwich near the Interlocken business park. Got a 6 inch packed sub with some chips (or cookie if they have them available) for like $8. That’s super solid and I’ll definitely be back if I forget to pack a lunch.
