I moved to brown city in March. I have a bunch of medical problems. I made a appointment for 6-2-25 at 7am. 2 months out. 2 weeks before my appointment. I called to verify n see if any cancelations. Took awhile on the phone. When she came back to the phone. She apologized for the wait. But she couldn't find my appointment. But she finally did. Whom ever I talked to n made the appointment. Put on 6-2-26 at 7am. We'll she was able to get me in. Easy now but 2 months ago. I had to wait 2 months. So I finally get in. I start explaining my history n needs. He says, let me give your last pcp a call. Wait here. OK! 20 minutes later in comes the nurse. He can't get a hold of your old doctor. So for now we're done. N as soon as he talks to her they will call me. Now it's the following Monday. Doctor wasn't there today or last Friday or Wednesday? I was told that they would phone in my prescriptions. Not, they never did. I'm disabled due to body pain. N I'm allergic to onions. So I've been in what I call bicycle mode. My body akeing so bad. I have to move. It's like riding a bike in bed, nonstop! Don't know why I'm being shined on by Dr. Kulick. But he's definitely not a caring doctor. It's all about his money. N not his patience. I had a bad feeling when I showed up to the office n signs everywhere about patience being nice to them. Wow! Self centered ego. U screw up. U deserve to be yelled at. That's just the way of the world. They are not there for us. It's all about them. Besides being nice is subjective. They are not nice to me. When u see a common sense is negated by a sign. That's a insult to all. N shows what u think, care about. Yourselves. Not...
Read moreWhen my 73 year old mother got Covid I contacted the doctor’s office to inquire about getting her Monoclonal Antibody Therapy. She had health concerns so I knew it was needed. The office informed me that the treatment was in short supply and she would have to go to Urgent Care. They didn’t even ask her name or any other questions about her health. My mother got very sick and suffered a month in the hospital before passing away I am much younger but also had concerns when I got Covid only a couple weeks after my mom got sick. I contacted my doctor in Novi, MI. My doctor’s office recommended that I speak with my doctor. After a virtual visit my doctor had me approved for the Therapy within a few days. I didn’t get the therapy because I recovered quickly. I am so angry that my mom’s doctor could not take the time to at least question how she was doing or Recommend that she go for the treatment. Maybe if she had had a better doctor she would still be...
Read moreAlways there! This office staff is like family. There have been many times when someone in my family needed to be seen and they’ve always found a way to see us that day or the next possible available. Dr. Kulick is absolutely amazing. He is caring and really listens to what is going on and gives his best to all his patients. He is a DO so medicine is not his first go to. I appreciate that the most about him. I’ve sat in the waiting room when the phone seems to never stop but I can say the staff tries their very best to get to everything from answering phone calls to the check-in and check-out processes. There have been times I’ve been in a rush and completely forgot something I needed and they chased me down to give it to me. I mean who does that except your family and friends. I can go on and on all to say I’ve never experienced a more positive and caring medical office. We will continue to be seen by Dr. Kulick until...
