Bought 2 rings on January for my birthday paid $323 for both. A few days later one ring was missing 4 stones and took it back immediately. They fixed it without charging which was fine. The other ring had no issues. Less than 2 months later the same ring that was defective was once again missing stones. Took it back again and I was told that I would be charged for replacing the stones. I said no the ring is faulty I don’t want it anymore. They said they could not do anything about it. I asked if I could get credit for what I paid for that particular ring which was $160 and they said they could only give me back $80 for them to buy it back. I immediately said no and they said they could “fix it” for free. Left the ring to be fixed and i already picked up my ring but we won’t be going back again. Mind you I only wear my jewelry a few hours on the weekends and I take care of it very well. As well as the ring only being less than 2 months old. They try and sell you poorly made jewelry and then try and rip you off. Won’t be going back. Better...

This used to be my to go place… I bought a bracelet for myself, a chain for myself and bracelets for my kids all in different occasions. But one of their bracelets had a faulty lock which I made sure to notify in the store and they claimed it had been fixed. We are from out of town and would specifically go there when in the Valley because they have really good quality. My sons bracelet fell off several times and eventually lost it. When I messaged their accounts on Facebook to inform them of what had happened they simply ignored me. We will definitely be buying elsewhere...
