Went here before and had no issues. Went back for my son's haircut 3 weeks ago and Eryn wasn't ready for our appr. Had to wait for her to get her curlers out of her own hair. She was shakey and acting irradically and strange. My son's cut came out HORRIBLY. I asked to keep his first hair and she insisted that she wanted to put it in a card. Had to drive all the way back a week later to pick it up but still no card. (That I didn't even want in the first place) When checking out she told me the total and then said "and I'm adding some extra money because, you know, inflation. Ha ha." They need to reevaluate their signage. My husband has gone in as a walk-in, as is posted on the door as acceptable, and has been turned away three separate times over the course of a few months. He is always told that they don't have time for him, or have other people waiting, even if there is nobody in the place or several stylists just standing or sitting around.
