During our recent drive from Grand Junction to Michigan, we decided to take a quick pit stop in Brush, Colorado, and what a delightful surprise it turned out to be! From the moment we walked into beet street coffee, we were greeted by friendly and knowledgeable baristas who truly elevated the experience. Although I’m a forgiving reviewer, I don’t lightly give 5 stars across the board. This little shop is just that good. The coffee was perfect, the food delicious, and the service we received from two kindly baristas behind the bar was authentic, personal and FRIENDLY!
