Disgusting company disgusting organization, horrible customer service, horrible experience. I don’t even know how much this thing cost. My wife set up an appointment for me to go here and get a massage. There was some confusion on when I was supposed to be there. I was gonna be late so I called in. They said unfortunately we are going to have to charge you the full price. We can reschedule you for a 50 minute massage instead of the 80 minute massage but we still have to charge you the full price of the original 80 minute massage. I requested that they cancel the appointment and refund us. They stated that the cancellation policy says that if you cancel, you will still be charged the full price of an 80 minute massage. Forget this place psychos. Who is just so comfortable with robbing people of money horrific horrific place!!!!!! a place that’s supposed to bring. Relaxation sure brought a hell of a lot of stress. Sidenote, this was supposed to be a surprise for me. My wife specifically called in and told them that yet they text me telling me that this appointment was set. I brought that up to the “manager on duty” and they told me that nobody ever called in. There’s no notes in the system and that it was an appointment scheduled online....

My facialist was Kami. I told her I wasn't going to buy any of the products she used on me or suggested. She did a great job. I told her so, I gave her an ample tip. My problem with this place is they try to 'up sell' you with other products when you check out. Products that were never used on me during my scheduled facial. I had to tell Kami during my session, 'no, I'm not interested'. But still, the gal that checked me out showed me strawberry lip balm kit, lip pad thingies when I did not get/use any of these things during my demaplanefacial. I think Kami had to offer those things as a new gal there. I want to ask you to stop pressuring your clients to 'add on' when we get services at your facility. I told Kami ' nope' no need, I was pretty emphatic, yet when I checked out, there were all the things my 'check out gal' said Kami 'recommended'. Really. Please don't pressure your new people (Kami) and your new clients (me) to sell/buy more any thing! A $200 facial is more than I have at the end of the month.
