Hershel’s — Restaurant in Bryan

My husband and I used to live in CS but moved a couple years ago. We decided to stay at the Stella hotel and it was beautiful! Mainly wanting to write this review for Hershel’s bartenders though! Even if you don’t stay at the hotel but go to this bar you will have an amazing night if Jesse or Taylor are there working. They were so professional and great at their jobs (try Jesse’s yummy spin on a whiskey sour!!) but my husband and I loved their company the most! This is a great place to spend some time on a weekend night, when they’ve got live music playing. It’s usually a young person with a guitar or keyboard. I have been here twice. The room is well laid out and could be a comfortable place. The second time I went after getting my initial order for a beer (rather than a $12-$14 cocktail) the bartender had NO contact with me at all.
