Pins & Needles Alterations — Local services in Bryant

I went to Pins and Needles on September 27 to get my dress altered. The lady who helped me was very nice, I think her name was Tamika but I am not completely sure. I told her I wanted the front pulled in and she pinned the bottom to hem it. She asked if I was wearing heels and I said I did not know yet because I still needed to go shoe shopping. I told her I would call back to let her know whether to hem it or not. I paid 72.80 that day.

After shoe shopping I found some wedges that I could walk in and called back the same day to say I would not need it hemmed. She said she would just issue me a refund when I came to pick it up. My refund should have been around 40 dollars since I was not getting the hem.

When I came back on October 18 around 10am for pickup, the dress was hemmed anyway. The owner, Thresa, was there helping me. I mentioned that I called back and was told I would get a refund since I said not to hem it. The lady admitted she did not write down that I called. The owner told me to try it on at home and see, which was frustrating because I had already explained what happened.

I had taken my dress for my daughter's wedding to another business and was told it was fine and didn't need anything done to it. I waited a few weeks, trying it on several more times and wasn't happy with the way it looked. I called Pins & Needles and took it in the next day. I was told there would be a rush charge as I needed it back in 3 weeks and it was prom season. The rush charge was minimal and the alterations the same. I didn't have time to try it on when I picked it up as we were on our way out of town. The dress was ready on time and again, was so reasonable. I tried it on when we got up North. It fit great! I am so happy with the work that they did on my dress. I felt great in it and got many compliments. I will definitely be returning for anything else...

TACKY WORK ONLY GETS SUPPLIES AT WALMART IF THEY DON'T HAVE THE RIGHT COLOR TOO BAD THEY USE IT ANYWAY EVEN IF IT DOESN'T MATCH ! I took 5 pairs of my husband's pants to very expensive suits to have the pants hemmed when I picked them up there was very thick heavy hem tape that was crossed over uneven and totally did not match the color (electric bright blue on very light gray,black on light blue, I left 3 of the 5 to to be redone went to pick those up the light blue now has bold white hem tape,I was told that's the only colors walmart had,SERIOUSLY ! now I'm paying another shop to redo all 5 pairs, I HIGHLY DISCOURAGE USING THIS SHOP FOR EXPENSIVE...
