Today jan 1st, 2025, I raised my rating to 2 bc Its really hit and miss to be honest. Theres one girl in their thats always made me feel welcomed, other than that a lot of their workers make me so uncomfortable/nervous to be honest. It's like I wish I knew terpene levels from ordering online bc I hate ever asking them what any are bc some seem bothered i asked but i want what im buying to be decent for the prices im fixing to pay from any dispensary to be honest. So I feel like I just have to guess if it's a good level or not bc i do online orders bc i dont want to take too long and upset anyone and sometimes it sucks when you think it will be decent then it's not bc it feels like I wasted my money at that point but yet if i ask its going to upset some of them so i dont bc one stressed how bothered he was i did ask one time by basically huffing when i asked. Which i get its my own fault but it stills brings this uneasy feeling every time i go in there. Bc its like I hope I guessed right and didn't get some low terpene percent or else well there goes my money in my eyes. But like i said if its this one girl in there i dont mind asking her bc shes always nice to me and makes me feel welcomed. Destiny today was really nice also so thats why i raised my rating today. But the dates on carts and them being old is what you gotta be careful there with really bc ive gotten quite a few with a year old date on them but I guess I should have stopped and looked at the dates on the carts before I left there bc nothing could be done to fix it either bc i didnt know until i got home and called. And today July 10th, they advertised first 50 people get a doorbuster prize. I placed my order 5mins after they opened got there 20 mins after they were open and they want to sit there and lie and tell me over 50 people have already come in. When i got there 2 people were their they werent crowded so it was a bunch of bs lies. Thats the only reason i even made the damn order to begin with. Theres no way you had 50 customers with two in the lot 20 min after you open. You send me emails for this bs you dont even honor. Im fn done with yall after this. I could tell dude was lying when he told me the bs. On another visit, Often I do a online order this is what i get. It's so hard to get any of their good stuff bc you can wait for it to post and it says immediately that it's out when no one could have even ordered it bc the place was closed. My name is Brigette Burr not whoever this name is. Point proven. Or I buy a 3.5g of wax that's almost $160 and it's 0.2g short. Or I get my flower that even the lady at the front sees the seal is broken but yet still gives it to me. Then you find that they sell you stuff from 2022 and at first say you can exchange it then tells you you can't. Even after they tell you yea it's only good for a year. Spent too much wasted money in there. Wouldn't go there if my life depended on it. The people are so rude it's unreal. THEN TODAY, Wednesday June 19th, when I went I thought everything was good besides them not even reading off what i got to know If it's right or not, but I get home and my seal on my jar of flower is already broken open. There's no reason for that seal to be busted whatsoever so then I had to once again weigh my stuff to make sure it hadn't been messed with. Absolutely ridiculous.
