We had an amazing time at the Bungalow! It was perfect for our family. It had everything needed. Easy to get into Bryson City. No long winding roads as I have endured in the past. It is super convenient. The Bungalow had all the basics for our first night covered. There was coffee! Linens were clean and plenty of pillows. Our little one really enjoyed the loft area. She named it her space! There is a single and a double upstairs. This area is perfect for the kiddos and or those who can crawl! Lol The lights in the loft are perfect for making it warm and welcoming for the little ones. It was nice to have a place to come back to after daytime adventure that was so family friendly! Four men and two boys stayed in The Farmhouse at Gina's Great Getaways, just outside of Bryson City, for Father's Day, courtesy of my loving wife/honey/darling. It was three dads and their sons. Epic weekend! The setting is a tranquil, creek hollow with enough yard to play and plenty of shade to chill. Other bungalows there create a cozy community feel but with plenty of space. Our place was well equipped with towels, and everything you would find in a typical kitchen, plus WIFI. The circa 1923 hardwood floored house itself is well preserved and full of character and charm. A deep front porch, facing the creek runs the entire length, and there is a jacuzzi situated between the house and the creek, along with a grill. Bryson City has become our favorite weekends away. We always stay at Gina's Great Getaways! They are very clean with sweet Smoky Mtn. touches everywhere. We stayed in the Smokey Mtn tiny home, and it was perfect for our family (and the dog!). It is creekside and listening to the water at night is the perfect way to fall asleep. Gina's entire property is gorgeous and makes for a nice morning walk. There is a trailhead that is about 2900 ft elevation, right outside the door. You don't have to leave the property to enjoy a full day, but if you do, Bryson City has some of the best restaurants and great shopping, minutes away from the property.
