Cautionary Review: Instagram Advertised Furniture Warehouse Experience
Like many others, I was initially drawn in by the surprisingly low furniture prices advertised on Instagram. This prompted me to visit their warehouse location for a firsthand look at their inventory. The showroom was organized into two distinct sections: higher-end pieces displayed inside the building (priced similarly to Ashley Furniture and Living Spaces), and budget items staged in the parking lot (comparable to Santa Ana warehouse prices).
After some time browsing, we managed to connect with a sales representative who was simultaneously assisting multiple customers. We selected what appeared to be a leather couch priced at $1,000. The price increased by $200 when we opted for a new, boxed unit rather than the floor model in the parking lot. We completed the purchase and arranged delivery.
The delivery experience was problematic from the start. Despite being scheduled for a 5-9 PM window, the drivers didn't arrive until 10:45 PM, nearly two hours late. However, the real issues began to surface within months of use.
Despite regular maintenance with leather conditioner applied weekly, the couch's material began showing significant signs of deterioration. The surface started lifting and peeling, even in areas that received minimal contact or use. These issues emerged just three months into ownership.
When I contacted the company about warranty coverage, I was informed that while mechanical parts were covered for one year, the leather/upholstery had no warranty protection. The sales representative suggested that sleeping on the couch could cause such damage - an irrelevant explanation as the furniture was used only for regular seating.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this retailer. While they might serve those needing immediate, budget-friendly furniture, the poor quality and lack of warranty support make this a risky choice. For long-term satisfaction, consider investing in furniture from more established retailers like Costco or Ashley Furniture, where quality and customer service are more reliable.
Key Issues:
Poor delivery reliability
Rapid material deterioration
Limited warranty coverage
Subpar customer service
Quality inconsistent...

This place is genuinely horrible. I looked passed the tacky music and decor, but it didnt get any better from there. I ended up shopping and purchasing $1,200 worth of furniture( i was desperate and dint have time to wait for big furniture locations to deliver), I was given a 1-2 week time frame when placing my order. I was okay with that, but after 3 weeks I still had not received any updates. I called the place over and over over for 4 days and never got answers. All the while i was texting the number they provided, and I STILL never got a response from them. I end up pulling up my receipt to look for another form of contact while seeing the rep put a COMPLETELY different delivery time frame from what she told me. All the while, they STILL didnt meet that time frame that was written or told.
I tried contacting them 1 more time with no luck, so I was forced to have my bank dispute their charge. My bank issued a immediate credit to my account because of how shady this company was acting. It wasnt until AFTER I let them know I was disputing the charge that they attempted to contact me. At this point, I had nothing to say to this fraud of a company. They have 0 customer service skills, and need to answer ANY questions customers have, especially when its them who didnt deliver to their promise.
Things this place needs:
1: hire new sales reps(ones that arent lazy and on their phone the whole time)
2: turn on the A/C. Itâs disgustingly hot in this place.
3: play real music, not a disney soundtrack.
4: take all that tacky forest stuff off the wall.
5: Treat their customers with respect and provide QUICK responses to any questions paying customers may have, no matter how big or small.
6: stop using a cell phone as your business line. Set up a real phone line, THAT YOU ANSWER, and get a customer service email where customers can contact you.
7: lastly, get modern furniture. Most the furniture they have looks like it belongs on the set of Scarface, its all so...

When I first got to the store and asked a question the sales associate was so rude and unhelpful. They also advertise huge sales on their social media but usually the super cheap stuff is very damaged. Despite that I was convinced to placed a $100 deposit towards a drawer that was $350 but ended up actually being $380 because of "tax" according to them. I decided not to proceed with the purchase since I was not moving anymore. I attempted to obtain a refund of my deposit and since I live an hour away from the store I attempted to call the number they have on their page and after repeated attempts no one answered and I could not leave a voicemail because the mailbox was full. I was able to communicate with them through instagram but they only responded during late-night hours and every other day, which is so unprofessional. When I was finally able to visit the store, I was informed that a 25% cancellation fee would be applied, effectively consuming the entire $100 deposit. This cancellation fee policy was not verbally disclosed at the time of the deposit. The receipt provided states, 'for cancellation on order the store will charge 25%', but it is unclear whether this applies to the total order value or solely to the deposit. Don't get me wrong I understand there are restocking fees but 25% of the total order value is absurd and should be considered fraud. Furthermore, the receipt includes a 'customer signature' line, which I did not sign, as I was not informed of this policy. The business also charges a 9% sales tax rate, which is inconsistent with the city's 7.5% sales tax rate. During my attempt to resolve the issue, the store manager became hostile and started getting personal and raising his voice in front of other customers. I was ultimately dismissed from the store without receiving a refund of my deposit. I cannot imagine how much money they make just by charging this absurd...
