UPDATE THIS HAS BEEN THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN LIFE!!! AND I'M OLD!!! BONNIE DID NOT ENTER MY INFORMATION CORRECTLY WHICH MADE MY MONTHLY PAYMENT INCREASE BY $50. I CALLED BACK SEVERAL TIMES ALMOST 3 WEEKS PRIOR TO CANCELLATION OF MY POLICY. ONE PERSON TOLD ME THEY GAVE BONNIE THE MESSAGE TO CALL... SHE NEVER DID. ANOTHER PERSON SAID THEY WOULD REVIEW AND CALL ME BACK... NEVER DID. THE NEXT CALL, THEIR SYSTEM WAS DOWN AND WOULD CALL ME BACK.... NEVER DID!!! ANOTHER PERSON SUPPOSEDLY SENT WHAT WAS REQUIRED AND TOLD ME IT WOULD BE CORRECTED AND SHE WOULD CALL BEFORE IT CANCELLED. TWO DAYS LATER.... AND IF SHE CALLED ME BACK.... YOU CALLED ME BACK!!! MY POLICY LAPSED!!!!! AND THE ISSUE WAS NEVER FIXED!!!!! I STILL NEVER RECEIVED A CALL DESPITE CALLING NUMEROUS TIMES!!!!!! AND THE PAYMENT INCREASED AGAIN BY $15 DOLLARS BECAUSE NO ONE WAS COMPETENT ENOUGH TO GIVE ME THE CORRECT MONTHLY PAYMENT. WHEN I SAY LIVID... THAT IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT

DO NOT.... I REPEAT DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!! THE INCOMPENTENCY RUNS DEEP!!! FROM THE BUENA OFFICE TO THE DUBLIN OFFICE....DEEP!! RUN!!!!!!!! BONNIE WAS NOT "KNOWLEDGEABLE" AND THEY ARE NOT "PROFESSIONAL"!! NOT EVEN ONE IOTA!!

Bonnie was very professional and knowledgeable. She took her time researching various quotes and explaining every aspect of my policy to me. Polite, professional and the best part of it all, she saved me some money!...

Today, I had the pleasure to work with Mrs. Nikki Floyd in obtaining car insurance on my vehicle. It was around late hours, between 5:30pm and 6pm. Mrs. Floyd stayed on the phone with me and helped me through the whole process. We both went through several insurance companies to see what was the best price for me, of course within my budget. Mrs. Floyd was patient, professional, cooperative and engaging through the whole transaction! I am glad that after speaking with a representative or manager from another location, which was the best option; Mrs. Floyd came through and truly satisfied me! I am grateful that through it all, she was the right person.

I was referred to my agent, Shelby, after I had to change insurance carriers. Wish I had met her 35 years ago when I first needed insurance to begin with. I explained my situation and she worked with me. Shelby goes the extra mile. I needed to add a second car to the policy.three monthsI later but was unable to reach her yesterday and text her at 10 PM on her cell phone to let her know I needed her to touch base with me the next day. At midnight, Shelby had already responded. She let me know she would be touching base with me first thing in the morning. Needless to say, my insurance worries and concerns were straightened out immediately. I now carry both vehicles through her. I look forward to continuing doing business with her...
