The staff is terribly rude and unprofessional. I headed to the testing center in the middle of work and was told that I had to take off my suit jacket and sit in a thin shirt in late October. I explained that I was already having chills, and I even asked if they could give me a substitute jacket. They refused rudely and gave me glares. Most of all, nowhere in their contract specified that jackets weren't allowed! They even advised to "dress in layers". I almost walked away from the test but since I already paid I decided to go ahead. The room wasn't as warm as the staff said. I shivered throughout the exam due to period going on, and I was made so dizzy from headache that I could hardly see the screen.
You can always retake an exam, but I will only do so if they switch...
Read morePearson lacks the technical ability to administer tests that they offer. My Wife went in for an important test, scheduled months ahead of time, and prepared diligently to that point to get ready for the test.
Pearson, however, was unready to administer their own test. Their whole systems crashed when they got to the recording segment, and the proctor fumbled around for 30 minutes while the clock was ticking. After 30 minutes, they were told to go home and "call back on Monday."
