National TV Sales & Rental — Local services in Buffalo

Anyone thinking of renting from national TV and sales please read the following VERY IMPORTANT!!!! I was very happy with national TV and sales being so kind and understanding until they got my money! then when I called to inquire about certain things (dirty furniture and misquoted prices) I was talked poorly about (after phone conversation) she didn’t realize she had not hung up the phone yet. her coworker verified this with me, and I asked him to please make a note of it and he has agreed! If that’s the way they feel about their “that women” me; their customer they are truly vile!

Apparently there was a misunderstanding about the phone call, and I am truly sorry for my role in the post above, I went ahead and bought the bedroom set but let the loveseat and recliner and tv go back. I was treated respectfully; with kindness, as has all my other encounters with them been. I have a broken window pane sill but I think superglue will fix that fine. I hold no malice or hurt feelings towards them at all. Thank you for just reading my post

My client, which is disabled, rented a (supposedly) brand new washer and dryer from National TV & Rental yesterday. The company did not even set these up for her, they even made her go and buy her own dryer vent. As she went to do the laundry in the eve NEITHER WASHER OR DRYER WORKED! We contacted the company the next morning the only thing they would do for her is service the set they delivered. She asked for them to be picked up because she wanted "new" not "refurbished". They also would NOT give her back her 40 dollars she paid them. POOR POOR POOR customer service. She is getting a BRAND NEW set somewhere else $50.00 cheaper a month and SUPER CUSTOMER SERVICE! I would think twice about using this company for...

I have been to other National Rentals in the area along with other rental companies, I will say this is one of the cleanest, friendliness, helpful, informative places I have been too. Heather the manager is AMAZING!!! She has gone out of her way to meet my needs. National Rentals in Buffalo will always be my go to place...
