Canton Buffet — Restaurant in Buffalo

I came once before after 2 it was empty buffet, they don't even offer a menu, and I highly doubt there is a Mongolian bbq grill like the sign says. This restaurant I have eaten at a few times, This time we came and the waitress was new and the tables were dirty and the server was nice but not well at her job of picking up on plates and we were one of just a few people here. The food was cold, and I honestly just got grossed out before I left. This is one of the worst restaurants I've ever been to. Windows were filthy tables were filthy. And honestly I'm dissatisfied and disappointed my son and I came for a nice meal and got this, and spent my hard earned money. It was worth a max 5.00 and I think they charge like 2.99 for drinks. First, they were going to charge $4.99 for my daughter who is 3, but when I told them she would eat maybe half a plate they said she could eat at no charge, which was great. Then it went downhill from there.. As far as atmosphere goes, there were flies all over the food on the buffet and it was 83 degrees in there according to their thermostat positioned behind the counter. The sesame chicken was mushy, pot stickers were cold, beef & broccoli was also mushy and tasted like it had been there awhile. The only thing that was decent was the crab Rangoon. We didn't try anything on the "cold" part of the buffet because there were flies all over it. Service wasn't great either. The waitress came and got our plates once and never refilled our drinks. i run a local newspaper about reviewing local restuarants so i figured why not try this one, immediately as i entered the door a small yellow asian boy ran up to me screaming something about sweet bonanza and linda but i figured to push on and try the food. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken however when my food came I couldn't finish my plate because I was distracted. There seemed to be a small white dog running around in circles of the restuarant. What really disturbed me was the fact that it seemed to be covered in some sort of gooey subtance however I could not determine what it was.
