I walked into the terripen station today, like I've done multiple times before . I was greeted by a woman I believe her name is Jen. I asked her for "cone tips" which seemed pretty normal for me since I've bought them there serveral times before . She didn't confirm she had them but , she reached or began looking for them. She then said as she was looking for what I was asking for. She corrected me about what I was asking for. (Just be clear I never stopped asking for cone tips ) she then started offering different options for tips but none of them cone tips. Then she Said I have pre rolled tips I replied to her suggestion asking if they were cone tips she assured me yes and opened the box. At a glance it seemed to be correct at a distance. I got home to figure out it was incorrect, so I try to call to figure out what went wrong. I couldn't get through because the phone is off the hook or busy. At that point I'm a lil annoyed but not the end of the world. I ask my friend to stop and get the correct pack of cones . She got there and was told by Jen that they didn't sell them and tried to convince her that they didn't have them . She came off as if she couldn't be told about what they have or had in the past , due to her 11 years with terripen. She was then going back and forth with her. As she was going to give up she calls me and explained what transpired. I told her to ask someone else she did and he found them in two seconds. Now, I just would like to say if there's a conflict or issue about something a customer tells you that you sold them in the past from your store listen, consult with another employee . Rather than be indignant and arguementatvive . To add insult to injury Jen told her to send her apology to me. I guess she didn't feel the need to...
Read moreOn 4/12/25 the girl working was extremely rude to my husband and I who were the only customers except for an older guy that was talking to her when we walked in. After looking around for several minutes, my husband waved his hand to her to let her know he needed assistance with something at the counter. She immediately got mouthy, saying he didn't need to "herd her over, he could use words," and he "didn't need to tell her how to do her job." My husband explained that he didn't want to interrupt her conversation that's why he waved, but she would not let up with the attitude so we turned around to leave. As we were walking out the door she continued to yell after us, saying sarcastically, " keep spreading your joy" So disappointing that the old days of this place are gone with entitled, snarky people like this working there. You lost a customer that's been going there since the...
Read moreI went in on 7/20/16 even though I passed 2 locations that I knew for a fact offered the product that I was looking for at a cheaper price. I asked for djarum black mint cloves instead of menthol and was told they don't sell mint cloves. When I asked for the green box, which he looked directly at, I was "informed" that the green box is menthol not mint. In my experience, it is not a good business practice to tell your customers that you do not sell something just to try to make your customers look stupid. Maybe next time, offer up the product that you know I am looking for instead of trying to sabotage your place of employment buy dissuading customers from spending money. I don't know where this pretentious attitude came from since you are a 40 year old cashier at a head shop, but maybe you should educate yourself on what menthol is made from instead of...
