Utopia Day Spa — Local services in Burgaw

Ive recently moved to Burgaw, was keeping an ear out for a good hair salon. A few friends of mine, nurses from Pender hospital, recommended Utopia. Upon entering, the environment was extremely inviting and the work atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Nina scheduled us very quickly for a haircut, and I am impressed with what Ashley could do with my disaster. She was very sweet and detail oriented.

I also saw Zayne working on an older lady's hair, not sure what specifically was done...Im a guy after all, these things tend to go above our heads. But when Zayne was finished, the lady's hair looked so gorgeous. I almost broke my neck doing a double take on her, when I realized this younger lady was the same older lady that Zayne was working on the entire time.

My daughter and I see Zayne for our haircuts and we always leave with great results. The salon is clean with a great atmosphere. For years I would avoid getting my hair cut because I would always leave with something I could live with but didn't love. It took one cut with Zayne and I haven't been anywhere else. I've grown to trust Zayne to the point that the last time I sat in her chair I told her to do whatever she wanted to my hair and I still loved it. Had my hair highlighted and cut today. Not only did my hair look amazing and just the color I wanted, Ashley made me feel comfortable and at ease. Once she realized that I had a LONG day at work and wanted to just relax for a few. That is what she gave me. I was probably not all that socialable. When I apologized for being so quiet and explained to her that I have a stressful and demanding job that requires alot of customer service and social interaction, she told me to just relax and enjoy it. which I did very much.
