I ordered flowers for my wife for our Anniversary. It was a Friday June 17th. I placed the order online and there was no where online for a time request for delivery. I set the flowers to be delivered on Monday June 20th our exact Anniversary date. After I had placed the order I called the store to see if I could get an ETA on when the flowers would be delivered. I was then told I should call back on Monday morning to get a better time for delivery. I did call back Monday morning and was advised that the flowers would be delivered sometime between 11:30am-1:00pm. I said ok I was little disappointed they couldn't get me sooner but I said ok. I waited till one and still no flowers. I sent a FB message trying to get some information for I did not want the wife to know of the surprise of giving her flowers on top what I have gotten her. After 1:30pm came to pass I stepped out of the house and make a quick call to them. I was then advised that if I needed them sooner why didn't I make a request for them to be dropped off earlier. I replied I didn't know that was an option. The flowers arrived right around 2pm. The flowers were great and the wife did enjoy them I how-ever was disappointed on the service I got. I did get a very generic apology on a FB message that they will start documenting when people ask for a delivery time. That does nothing to help me in my situation. Read moreI can be assured every time I order or receive an arrangement from Blossoms on the Boulevard it will be much better than I envisioned! The floral arrangements are designed with such thought and expertise because I have never received or sent one that wasn't absolutely perfect. The value of the product received is definitely in line with the pricing for the arrangements, plants and services.
The rich colors and highest quality flowers, greenery and plants are always used and they last much longer than expected. The customer/delivery service is exceptional and they take the time to listen and answer any questions I may have as well as deliver with great care. If I have a question of what type of arrangement or plant to send, they are on target with their recommendations and I am beyond pleased.
In recent months, we have subscribed to Blossoms monthly subscription and have loved it! Read moreSadly my experience with this establishment does not mirror other reviews. I ordered an anniversary bouquet to be delivered on my anniversary date. I spent all day Friday waiting, and two hours before they closed called to inquire. I was informed the delivery truck had issues but the flowers were out for delivery. Called again an hr later and was told they would not arrive until 5:30 or 6pm at the latest. I informed them this was unacceptable. They offered to leave an expensive bouquet on my porch in 90 degree heat or deliver the next day. The following date would not work so I told them I would pick them up but wanted a refund on delivery fee. I was told instead of a refund additional flowers were to be added. When I arrived on Saturday to pick it up the bouquet was not what I had expected and I didn't have time to hash it out in person. I called back to express my displeasure with the bouquet and pointed out there appeared to be no additional flowers. In all the lack of transparency and responsiveness to the issue warrant the rating.
