Dollar General — Local services in Burleson

There is ALWAYS long lines, only 1 register open when there are two registers and there is two to three people there, but the other one is stalking and another one usually in the office and never comes to the front to help and everyone's just standing there having to wait forever because apparently Dollar general's policy is to only allow one register open! it's ridiculous when you have two employees and only one of them is running the register while the other one is watching the line grow and grow and just in the aisles doing what they do when that can wait a few minutes! Everyone in line is always complaining! Something...

I came in to get laundry soap and a bag of m&m’s. I only have $54 cash in my wallet with me, a 50 from the bank. The cashier, Tiffany, was very disrespectful and inappropriate. She denied my 50. Claimed it was “fake”. I asked if she had anyone else to look at it or a marker to test it. She did not respond and took my soap and m&m’s. I told her the 50 was from the bank. Then when I was driving off she flipped me off LIKE GROW UP!!!!!! Also went down the road and would never believe they took the 50 so I got my soap...

So nice to see enough staff so the store is clean, freight stocked and considerate friendly management. Hopefully it lasts!!! Unfortunately most Dollar Stores are in “total disarray” and never recover. Seems the corporate offices are not concerned! They assume people will ignore the obvious “understaffing” with constant turn over...
