2nd EDIT- I still use them twice a year every year for my kids Bdays. It's practically the highlight of the party. They've been more prompt with delivery/pickup and set up is a breeze. Sometimes even letting us know that they might pick up the following day(rare but it happens) which we don't complain about. They have a huge selection that they add to every year and continue to be our go to. As far as party rentals goes this place is the one to go to. I bumped up to 5 stars because we love them and they've fixed any issues we've had before so didn't feel right to leave at 4 stars. EDIT- They called me back and refunded the difference, made it right and explained the delay. Overall I still recommend Book A Bounce. They have a wide selection to choose from and I appreciate their professionalism. We've used Book a Bounce for the last 3 years twice a year(June and Sep) for our kids birthdays without many issues. Once they showed up right before the party started which was stressful but overall the kids all loved their bouncy houses(and we throw big birthday parties with tons of children). We just had our son's birthday on Sunday though and unfortunately they delivered the wrong bounce house-a reg size instead of the combo we ordered. Unfortunately I wasn't there for the drop off, grandparents were and they didn't realize it. I tried calling with no luck. Party went on and the kids enjoyed the bounce house but commented on it not being as fun without the slide and basketball hoop. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. DID NOT PICK UP BOUNCY HOUSE FOR 3 DAYS WITHOUT EVEN CONTACTING ME. I HAD TO KEEP TEXTING THEM. MONDAY CAME AND MY LANDLORD HAS CONTRACTORS TO MOW LAWN AND THEY COULD NOT BECAUSE OF THE MONSTROSITY OF BOUNCYHOUSE WAS IN THE WAY AND SO I GOT IN TROUBLE. WHEN I CALLED BOOK-A-BOUNCE TO INQUIRE AS TO THERE WHERE ABOUTS THE GUY WAS BEYOND RUDE NEVER ONCE APOLOGIZING FOR INCONVENIENCE THEY HAD CAUSED ME OR THIER MAJOR DELAY IN PICKING UP THE BH. THEN HE SAID SO RUDELY TO HAVE MY LANDLORD CALL HIM AND NEVER RENT FROM US AGAIN. I COULD NOT BELIEVE THE ATTITUDE AS IF I HAD DONE SOMETHING WRONG. I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN I WOULD HAVE ISSUES WITH THEM BASED OFF THE INTIAL DROP OFF EXPERIERENCE. WHERE HE TRIED TO TELL ME HE COULD NOT PLACE BOUNCY HOUSE UP LITTLE HILL WHEN IT WAS OBVIOUS THAT YOU COULD. IT WAS ALSO OBVIOUS THAT HE JUST COULD NOT BE BOTJERED TO ACCOMODATE MY REQUEST AND WAS GOING TO DO WHAT HE WANTED. HOWEVER I WENT OUT THERE AND PUSHED DOLLY UP HILL MYSELF AND GUESS WHAT WE GOT IT UP THERE WITH MINIMAL EFFORT. THE GUY IS A WHACK JOB....

Hello , i would like to write a review on this company, i had used them last year and book them again this year . last year they showed up at 6:15pm late after my party started and this year if we do not call them i do not think they would have shown up , they showed up at 6:45pm after our holiday party started 45 minutes late. if we do not email we do not get a phone call from their secretary saying their truck broke down which i understand , but they have agreed for them to be there at 430pm to set up and showed up at 6:45pm , after my party started the GM or owner showed up at my party with the worst attitude telling me he was going to pack everything up if i do not pay , i said to the owner multiple times there are so many kids and so much stuff here for me to just be worried about them showing up . he claimed we did not want to pay, his behavior was beyond unprofessional and disrespectful with a client he has done business before . i will not USE this company again because of the unprofessionalism shown...
