We were so lucky to have Chef Chelcie help us with preparing a special birthday lunch.

Chelcie was very easy to communicate with during the planning stages, was responsive, and offered great suggestions for a cohesive menu, based upon some favorite foods of our guest of honor. Additionally, Chelcie prepared some kids' favorites like homemade chicken nuggets and mac & cheese, that the adults enjoyed just as much as the children.

We had food allergies in our group, and Chelcie was very careful to prepare the meal in a safe manner to reduce potential cross contamination.

On the day of the event, the food was served right on time, with nice pacing; the dishes were beautifully presented, delicious, and the kitchen was left spotless, with all the leftovers packed away into the fridge. I was able to enjoy the party and spend quality time with my guests. My guests were raving about the food even the day after the event.

Highly recommend hiring Chelcie for a private chef/catering event. Myself and 3 friends were very interested in having a fondue night and thought it would be great if we could find a chef that could accommodate. Chelcie was extremely easy to coordinate with and even went out of her way to get a fondue maker to fulfill our request.

Chelcie is very responsive and was easy to book. Also had great suggestions for entrees. The night of the event, she arrived with all the food and everything she needed to prepare the meal.
