I had the most atrocious experience at Bushnell Motorsports park. After calling ahead to ensure they were open all day for unlimited racing, I drove two hours only to be blindsided by a corporate event that ended at 2 pm. Despite arriving shortly after noon, they insisted on charging me the full $180, even though I couldn't race for the entire day as promised. To add insult to injury, my friend had to leave at 5 pm, yet they still demanded he pay the exorbitant fee for just a few hours of racing. When we expressed our frustration, the owner had the audacity to dismiss us without even a hint of apology, telling us to leave if we didn't like it. Utterly disrespectful and a complete waste of time and money. Avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy being treated like dirt.

We made sure to call the day prior to confirm availability, yet upon arrival, we were met with challenges that could have been avoided with clearer communication.

Regarding the offer of an all-day pass for $180, I hope you can appreciate our reluctance to pay for unlimited racing when we would only have a few hours to utilize it due to both scheduling constraints and closed groups taking priority. Additionally, there was an event scheduled for 3 pm that further limited our ability to enjoy the full benefits of the pass (which was not disclosed to us when you were telling to us buy the day pass). It was disappointing to not have been offered alternatives, such as joining existing groups, to make the most of our visit.

Furthermore, the lack of apology for the miscommunication and the dismissive suggestion that we could leave if dissatisfied only added to our frustration. Contrary to your assertion, I did indeed leave after the first suggestion that I could leave, as it seemed clear that our concerns were not being addressed.

Lastly, I must correct the assertion that the track would have been available at 1:30 pm. When I departed at 12:30 pm, the group scheduled for the hour endurance race had yet to begin, indicating that the track would not have been accessible at the time suggested.

In conclusion, while I appreciate your response and willingness to engage, I hope this feedback helps to highlight areas for improvement in communication and customer service at your establishment.

EDIT: After cooling down from this incident I understand the situation better and adjusting the star rating. Although I feel that communicating with customers could be better, this establishment works hard to provide the best racing experience possible. I will be back.

Drove almost two hours with a group of 10 people from Orlando after calling ahead that they would stay open despite the potential for rain and they said they would be. (I’ve raced there once before while it was raining harder). We get there to staff saying it was closed because of “lightening” despite not seeing a single flash of lightning or any sound of thunder at any point while driving there or the 30 minutes in the parking lot figuring out what to do next. Some locals showed up and said they called ahead too and left frustrated. Some employee comes out to our party of 10 in the parking lot and hands us TWO 10% off cards for next time. I had previously bought 5 races each for my girlfriend, her son, and I but we ran 3 and got rained out for the other 2. We came back today to race our other 2 races and to buy 2 for her daughter to race with us but there was some league race going on so we couldn't race.

The league race was not on their website, I was told by an employee that it was only on their Facebook page. He had the nerve to tell me that I should've called. I explained to him that they opened at noon and I had to drive from an hour away and I did call 4 times and nobody answered. I called another 6 times after leaving and still got no answer. I was told that I can't get a refund so I will not be recommending this company to anybody.

We were told that the league race would be finished around 1 so we decided to come back. We came back at appoint 1:15 only for another employee to tell us that they wouldn't be ready for rental karts until 2:30 or so. It's supposed to rain at 2 so we won't be able to race at all today.
