The price, paying cash, came up $17 from the menu prices listed online. Their excuse was that the prices went up but they didn’t know how to change it online. The audacity! If it was only a couple of bucks, but $17 freaking extra! 😡 They said that the boss wasn’t there but he doesn’t know how to change the menus online either!? 😡. The boy working there said to take a menu and next time look at the right prices. The shrimp egg rolls were disgusting. They had 25 flavors, except egg roll flavor. They tasted like old grease as if they have fried chicken, beef, seafood, and many, many other items. They had so much grease that it leaked inside both bags. The flavor was so bad that I couldn’t eat them. The rest of the food was ok. They can’t cook fried rice. It looks like Spanish rice with Sazon seasoning. The only good products were 2 ice cold sodas. I will never buy anything there again. I have told and showed my friends, who live nearby; they also stated that they will never buy...

I’ve eaten at this restaurant three times. Our first experience was good enough to return. On my second visit I had the fried platter. The items were over deep fried to the point I thought I could break a tooth so I didn’t eat them. All the items were cold. The egg roll was not fried properly and oil oozed out when pressed. For my last visit, I ordered sesame chicken. There was very little chicken. The pieces were mostly batter. The chicken tasted of orange and had a few sesame seeds on top. The lo mein was prepared with more soy sauce than needed, was mushy and dark brown. The pork fried rice was okay. The hot and sour soup was very salty even after adding several cups of water. And, the vegetables had absorbed so much salt, I didn’t eat it. If you’re watching your sodium intake, this may not be a good...

A bit baffling how this place has received so many 5 star ratings. The General Tsao's was flat and gummy. All mushed into a hot mess and very little sauce. NO spice to it at all. Asked for steamed rice since the reviews for the fried rice were so terrible. The spring rolls and egg rolls were a bit disappointing and lacked basic seasoning. The crab rangoon tasted almost burnt on the inside. We kept leftovers and oddly enough they tasted slightly better the 2nd time around. Heated the rolls up in the oven to crisp them instead of microwaving them. That seemed to actually help. That being said... It's not worth it, to order and wait for a hunger strike a couple days afterward to make it this a decent fast food...

Our visit was pleasant, tables were clean and food was pretty good. We had their egg drop soup, sweet and sour chicken combo (the combo came with a delicious egg roll and pork fried rice), and hubs had their bourbon chicken combo. Everything was served hot! The crispy bits they served with the egg drop soup were not very good, as they tasted stale. Would have been better if they served freshly fried wonton strips.

prices have gone up, and quality has tanked. the last few times we've gone the cream cheese wontons we bone dry in the middle, the portions seem smaller, and it's been just as expensive as going to Fujiyamas and sitting down to eat quality food.
