Took my daughters lapotap for virus clean-up. Picked up th computer without turning it on my mistake. Got the computer home and turned it on the entire screen was cracked! I called the owner the same day he said bring it back and after he saw it he said that I was responsible for dropping the computer and then tried making up excusses saying that when I dropped off the computer I had said my daughter had sat on it. After informing him of that not happening he began stuttering and came up with yet another story in which he claimed he personally worked on the computer and it was just fine.You would think he would have seen it there had I complained about my daughter sitting on it if he personally worked on it!

I have several friends that after I began complaining about my service that they to have had multiple problems that their issues were either not fixed or within a day or two the same problems came...

If anyone needs help with their computer, call Computer Emporium. My computer got a virus on 7/3/24, complete freeze-up. I called Mike at 5 o'oclock. He said he'd wait even though it is after hours and a holiday weekend. He said he'd look at it and get it up and running as soon as possible being as how this is our ownly computer.
