Conyngham Floral — Local services in Butler Township

Called this Florist after searching for one that was local to my Grandmother. Wanted to surprise her with flowers for her Birthday. As I am not local, I needed to have them delivered. When I called, I was greeted by a friendly gentleman by the name of Rick. I told him what I was looking for and he informed me that he had no delivery drivers (it was a Sunday). As I proceeded to say thank you anyway, he hesitated and asked just whereabouts my Grandmother lived. I told him exactly and he said he would have to head by that way anyway for another errand and that he would deliver them to her himself! I was beyond grateful and so happy to know my Grandmother would receive the surprise I had hoped for. He also helped me pick out the arrangement & write the card. When my Grandmother called to thank me the joy in her voice was enough to make me come back here and leave this review (which I don’t ever do)! Rick absolutely deserves the recognition for the kindness he showed me! He is exactly the reason small businesses are the best! Thank you...

Very disappointed. I live 10min from the shop, ordered a flower vase in the morning, and it didn't show up until late. On top of that, what I ordered was not what I got. I understand, their site says there may be substitutions....but I ordered a white arrangement, and got wilted red flowers in a Mason jar. I would have paid $20 for this, not $40. There was also a typo...
