I called to make an appointment. Was told a stylist would call me to schedule. I received a text message with an appointment time. I arrived for my appointment, and was told I didn’t have an appointment, and she did not have time for my cut and color. I then produced the text message and she said she had a really full day (all scheduled the day before and AFTER I SCHEDULED MY APPOINTMENT). She did color my hair, someone else was asked to wash out, rinse and condition my hair. Then she blew my hair dry and made it look HORRIBLE!!! It was styled with my cowlick sticking straight up like Alfalfa!!! Then charged $70 for the WORST service I have ever had!!! Of course I didn’t tip!!! Hopefully nobody else will get treated this Badly!!!

For your INFORMATION salon owner I was told by the woman who took me to the sink to rinse me out that SHE was NOT a beautician!!!! Someone else actually rinsed my hair!!! You could have INTERVENED at anytime!!! Because I have a who text message on my iPhone with Brittany offering me a date and time for a color and cut, she acted like someone else had made the appointment and she didn’t have any RESPONSIBILITY for the MISTAKE!!! It was a HORRIBLE experience and after paying $70 for a color that almost entirely obliterated my highlights and the WORST blow dry and style I have Ever had you are LUCKY I didn’t turn you in to the Missouri...

They were able to get us in pretty fast. The boutique was super cute. A little pricey but I still bought a lot of stuff. Staff was friendly and place was nice and clean. My 14 yo son wanted a low fade and he showed the girl a photo of what he wanted. She barely looked at it and just started shaving away. She was done within 10 min. It looked ok at a distance. But it was not blended well at all. Felt like she didn't take her time and didn't really care. she didn't style it out anything and my son wasn't very happy. He didn't want to hurt anybody's feelings though. I fixed it at home. Or maybe she was in a hurry to get out of there idk. I'm not trying to bash the girl. Just maybe take your time and ask your clients more questions before you start cutting. We will give...

They have the most wonderful boutique attached to the back of the salon with some incredibly priced furniture pieces that are absolutely adorable! The ladies that work there along with the owner are so friendly and helpful.

*Now for the main reason I decided to leave a review Jayme (along with the other hairstylists) is unbelievably fantastic at doing hair! She's a professional at cutting and coloring hair! Literally! I'm 37 and up until going to her for the first time, I didn't have a specific hairstylist bc I had yet to be just blown away by anyone until I discovered this girl!
