Buyer beware: screen repair costs $160 and comes with NO WARRANTY. Chester does not tell you this when you are seeking repair. I had an iPhone screen repaired that worked fine for several weeks, then suddenly, for no reason, was broken again. I went back to show him the problem and he wanted to charge me another $160 to repair it again, with no warranty. I like to support local Butte business people, but I will NOT be giving him any more of my business.

Sadly, when I went back to pick up my phone from Chester, he had taped it to his door so that he did not have to see me again. I feel this was very unprofessional & is poor quality not to stand behind your work. You are better off driving to Helena to “Better Fix”. Where they do the repair in 10 minutes, charge at least $10 less and the screen comes with a lifetime warranty. Again…....

got my phone screen "fixed" by him like 6 months ago and he put the wrong screen on my phone, I've tried calling him like 3 times now and I get being busy but I didn't py $400 for a screen that doesn't fit my phone. it'll randomly sense too much touch and just start clicking everywhere or sometimes I have to turn it off because it can't sense anything. there's a gap in the top of my phone that let's dust and crap in so my camera will randomly fog up or get weird splotches and I have to get a can of air to...

I took my iPhone that was smashed fairly badly and even though he don't normally do ipods he fixed both at an insanely low price compared to other cell phone repair services I can't thank him enough for what he did and how quick he did it. he went above and beyond what I would expect any customer service to be kudos! 5 stars is a joke if I could I would give 20 stars for the service!!! When I break my phone again just a matter of time I will be going back THANKS AGAIN YOU...
