BSW INC. Instead adheres to tyrannical Management who are Micro-Obsessed with thier Own Personal Gain, at Expense of the Residents Well-Being.

Any Self-Respecting individual who has a Resident under thier Care,

I encourage you to hold BSW Management Accountable for their ongoing inconsistencies and lack of effort and wrong-doing within thier Management.

The Main Director, Human Resource Director and Residential Director of BSW INC, does not train for safety and

is Scared in Dealing with Confrontation.

They will not hold, Higher-Management, Staff, or Residents accountable for basic safety,

but Will Defend any Negative, Untrained, Untrusted Staff, to which they Knowingly and Wrongfully Hire and Favorite, just to fill the position.

Then BSW'S Management will turn a blind eye to work performance and wrongfully accuse "Loyal staff" of "actions",caused by thier "untrained favored staff," not being held accountable for thier actions.

BSW INC. Management does not respect themselves as human-beings, Let alone its Residents.

Until they Adapt and Do. BSW INC will be watched by God as the Dogs Bark at Nothing New.

Hopefully BSW INC gets investigated because the residents deserve better, than the hell they have to deal with at expense of the Managements incompetence and laziness.

I walked in at 5:30 on a weekday because I work till 5. The store closes at 6. I was trying to be fast, but they shut the lights off at 5:50 while I was in the dressing room. The gal there said the employees have to be out of there by 6pm. Someone needs to clue in this business that closing at 6 means the customers come first till 6 and then the employees tidy up the store and leave afterwards. For anyone who works till 5, shopping here on a weekday is pointless. For their rudeness, I won't be back, even on a Saturday. The store might look nice, but their concern is for themselves, not...

Be SURE to bring CASH or a CHECK BOOK because they don't take cards and there's no ATM. They're stuck in the past, but the good news is so are the prices. This place is considerably cheaper than Goodwill. It's clean and spread out with a big selection. If you are looking for furniture they have a large room full of it.
