**UPDATE: I want to thank Joe for reaching out to me personally. He was very professional and made the situation right. As a customer, that's all anyone can ask for. I'm not thrilled about all aspects of the Yelp response from his team, but Joe was actually one of the first people I ever spoke to years ago that made me want to purchase from KPODJ. All things considered, I'm updating my review to a higher rating.
BUYER BEWARE
Let me start by saying I was a long time customer of KPODJ. It is quite upsetting that I even have to write this, but after the rude attitude I just received from Dina who is one of their team members and the poor customer service I received. I just don't know what else to do. I received some Ape Labs Ape Sticks that simply didn't work. The lights charged for 24 hours and didn't work. I returned the lights and explained the situation. When I received a call back from KPODJ. They said that the lights worked and wanted to send me back the lights. I explained that I simply wanted my refund. This was a Thursday. They went radio silent and I had to reach out everyday to finally get someone on the phone this morning which is now Monday. I kindly asked Dina who answered the phone if someone would respond today regarding my refund. She was rude and said "if they can they will". That is not a satisfactory response for someone who's had a difficult time reaching anyone passed their new AI system that is extremely horrible to deal with.

KPODJ has a 20% restocking fee on some of their products, but before you empty your shopping cart, read my story. I ordered a large and heavy product from their Amazon store, "Forty Bills," and later decided to return the merchandise. I was working out of town at a wedding and realized that my return window was closing in several days. I reached out to KPODJ through Amazon, but messaging through Amazon did not allow for the customer service that I needed.
I was bummed about the 20% restocking fee. But after giving it more thought and thinking about what it costs a small company, compared to BestBuy, to handle returns, I allowed myself to gain a grounded understanding. But, the lovely lady Dina, messaging me through Amazon and providing her extension, made me feel much better. I spoke with Dina, and let me tell you, she cares about the customer.
In my case, I am returning a $479 product that weighs 60 lbs and costs them approximately $60 to ship. Once they receive the product, it takes resources to inspect it, re-enter it into their inventory database, and possibly find space in the warehouse to stock the returned item because they may have ordered more inventory since selling me the product. Without the 20% restocking fee, returns will eat away at their bottom line, especially the returns for products sold via Amazon.

Read moreUnfortunately my first experience purchasing from KPODJ has been terrible as my pending order was placed over two months ago. Upon purchasing, I didn't receive tracking numbers until I inquired. Turns out 2/5 tracking numbers I received were incorrect and the items didn't ship. I didn't find this out until inquiring with KPODJ rather than them letting me know about the mistake.
They explained that this was an issue with the manufacturer. When speaking on the phone with a KPO rep, they took no responsibility and casted blame on the manufacturer.
Since, a KPO rep let me know that they received an update from the manufacturer and that I'd receive a tracking numbers for my missing items (totaling $2,000+) within 3-4 weeks. We are now going into the sixth week since this email exchange.
KPO updated me today by forwarding a message from the manufacturers stating that my items were "held up and we have not received them" with no expected timeline on receiving the items.
I recognize that there are shortages going on and that delays are common. I am frustrated because when purchasing, the items were listed as in stock. I have also been misled from the very beginning, little accountability and ownership has been taken, and I have no clarity on when I can expect my items. I'd love to turn this...
