I don't typically leave bad reviews but I came in today and my kids dad asked the big guy behind the front counter where weedeaters were, they advised in the shop, okay cool we'll when he asked when it would be open (mind you new in town and no clue about how the place works) the guy responded very annoyed that they would open it when everyone else showed up. Safe to say I won't be spending further money here and I'll make the extra drive to albany to hopefully find a bit better customer service. In a town like byrdstown where most everyone is welcoming this service was definitely disappointing. It's bad enough when you call and ask a question they take your number down and never return your call, so don't waste your time with that either. Wonderful place which has anything you could possibly need. Prices are very comparable to big chains with some items cheaper or more expensive than the others. Very helpful staff and they’re quick to load you up and get you on your way when hauling lumber or other large items.
