The staff makes all the difference here: always helpful, interactive and full of good energy. I buy as much as I can from this place, firstly because of the fantastic employees, and secondly because it is important to support them so we can have the store for a long time. It is not as cheap as big department stores, but they often offer good deals and promos and it is incredibly convenient. Sometimes I don’t find all my items there, but it definitely covers 80-90% of my grocery list, and 100% of it when it comes to essential daily-use items. Keep in mind it won’t open on Sundays! Even though my lazy side gets a little grumpy about it, i truly admire their attitude. All staff are happy to help me bring my groceries to my car as I am handicapped and believe me if I have more than one bag of groceries, I appreciate the help. Farway also has its own branded items. Where they are limited, is in the in-between items like packets of chicken. no high fructose jam, and non grocery items. I wish they had the type of sale items they had before...
