One of the worst dinning experiences I've ever had. Let's start from the beginning. Waited about 10 minutes for someone to take our drink order. Not our server, another employee, our waitress didn't acknowledge us until after we ordered our food from the other lady. Looked over the menu while waiting on our drinks. Waitress came back and took our order. Here we go, waiting about 25 mins for our food, not the end of the world as it was a Friday night and we we not in a hurry. Food arrived and what a disappointment! First off we ordered frickles, the menu doesn't tell you how many you get but only that they are $10.99. Well you get 7, seven pickles! That's a $1.57 a piece. If you bought that for an appetizer for a table of 6 everyone would get 1.15 pickles for each person. I ordered 2lbs of wings, that was $17.99. When it got to the table there were 10 dried out and cold small size wings, that's $1.80 a wing. Use the 2oz portion cup in my pics for size comparison. My son got a chicken philly and fries. Chicken was dry and his fries were ends and pieces, check pics. Got our bill and there was a facility fee for $1.87. Only to find out after looking at our receipt that there a 2.5% increase added to your bill to "offset increasing prices from vendors" Add 4 beers to my order and now we are at $82.91. $83 dollars for COLD 7 PICKLES, 10 WINGS , a kids portion chicken philly and fries and 4 beers. If you're into overpriced cold kid portions of food this is your place. If you work hard for you money and don't want to be ripped...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDecided to head to Wildwood for the pizza buffet and bowling with the kiddos. The atmosphere of this establishment is great. Music in the background. Very comfortable. However, I quickly realized the buffet was just a warmer rolled out in the diner area. The pizza didn't look fresh. Not many options. I decided to just order from the menu. I ordered the All-American Burger. I actually thought this burger was great. I would definitely order this again. I still had the kids it the pizza. I would definitely not eat pizza there again. The other sandwich we ordered was the WOODFIRE CLUB. It was very greasy. Not worth the 13 dollars. Fries were great.
The service was subpar. Our waiter seemed confused at times. We told him several times we wanted to bowl and eat. It took him several minutes to get that setup. My daughter who was so excited that she was going to bowl that she ended up throwing the ball down lane before the waiter said we could. He seemed very annoyed by this. He also made a lot of sarcastic remarks. I wasn't too impressed with the service. Overall, for what they charge for the buffet and the 5 dollar games I probably would visit this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFood was decent. Service was horrible. This is the 3rd time we've been there. Same awful service everytime. Walked into an almost empty place around 3 or 3:30 pm 8/5/17. The bartender and 4 other staff were at the end of the bar by the bowling alley. We were stared at, but not even greeted. Took a few minutes for anyone to even come over and offer drinks. Her loud excuse to her co workers as she was finally walking to our table was that she was waiting for both of us to be seated. (My hysband went to the restroom)We ordered a pretzel for starters. She never came back to our table until she brought the pretzel, THEN took our food order. In the meantime, 2 younger guys came in, seeming about the same age range as the "waitress" and then social hour even got worse. The barender lady left the bar for about 10 minutes or so and while she was gone, other folks came in from the bowling alley to get drinks and they stood there and waited for at least 5 minutes as the other 4 staff were in the kitchen laughing and carrying on, not showing one bit of consideration for the customers. Horrible...
