I would have to write a novel to list the lack of knowledge, caring, or skills these people have in dealing with someone trying to sell their home. I would give them negative stars if possible. Just giving you a outline, I endured 6 months of Incompetence from our first realtor. After letting him know we did not feel he was serving our best interest we dismissed him. Edge Realty would not let us out of the extension We had signed (under false pretenses) so we were given another realtor. The second realtor seemed a little more knowledgeable, however her lack of keeping her clients updated and in the know was very much lacking, including going on vacation the week of our closing and not even having the courtesy of informing us or giving a person that we could contact if needed. We were currently living 1200 miles away because the first sale of the house fell through after our realtor’s lack of making sure the buyers paperwork was in order, so in good faith we had done the repairs and moved out and then we’re told the closing was delayed 12 days. Less than two days before closing the buyer walked away because of lack of proper papers. So here we are 1200 miles away empty house we had to turn the utilities back on and find someone to keep the yard and house clean until it sold again. When the house sold again we were left in the dark on closing dates and procedures We were called the morning of the closing that the paperwork had been emailed to our title company here, we never received anything in advance showing our cost or closing fees. There were charges on the closing that did not even belong to us, we had to wait for changes twice to complete the closing. My advice to anyone considering selling a house, please do your homework before hiring this firm. If you are wondering about the 5 stars reviews you will notice there are no comments, they are done by people that review for a point system. Another words not real reviews, and one is a relative to an agent...

Ok, this place and Corbin kidd are really just wanna be slum lord. They own the property next to me and I told them for 4 months that they had squirrels in the roof of the property. I had to go and tell them in person to take care of it before it caused me problems and they said they understood. Two weeks later after 4 months of squirrels breeding in the roof next to me they are now in my roof. I called them and they now don't understand why I'm upset. Needless to say I had a couple choice words after the indifference. Then mr kidd decided he wanted to call me and tell me about etiquette. maybe he should have left this alone, as now anything will be dealt with in the city through code enforcement. This is very bad business. If you don't have to , do not deal with them, you can do so much better.

Update: yeah, I told you 3 times over 4 months then brought you these photos of the squirrels looking out at me. And your roof being destroyed. Your argument is moot. And I'm sure your critter man would love to know he got called 4 months before he actually got to it. The gaslighting is amazing. Photos are now posted of your rental property that I showed you when I finally got somebody to do something about your rental house.
