PADNOS Cadillac Recycling Center — Local services in Cadillac

I went in to drop off some scrap and recycle a TV. They said the TV weighed 26 lbs, I'm sure that it didn't and offered to trade the dollar a pound they were going to charge me for the TV recycling, for my scrap but I had 2 battery's a lead ingot that weighed 40 lbs and some dirty aluminum along with at least 700 lbs of steel. I feel like I got taken pretty bad. Go to j&h in lake...

Nice friendly people, well managed yard. They have a donation dumpster outside the gate for those that don't want to drive across the scale. Proceeds from that go to local charities that is listed near the dumpster. Great for when you have items you just want to drop and go.

The lady that runs the scale and pays out is really nice...

Saw an ad in the paper open on Saturday looked them up on the internet said they were open shoulda wondered when they didnt answer the phone in the morning but already had my truck loaded went up there CLOSED why would you pay for an ad and then not be open an unacceptable way...
