This title issue is still going on I have filed my third complaint. I talked to an investagor and the cadott and Stanley police chief. I finally got a registration but no title. I paid cash for this car and I expect my title. This has been on going since Oct. I just checked the DMV we site and it shows no title issued. I have had enough of this and sick to death of hearing excuses. There is no more excuses. Every time this owner responds she blame the DMV. It is her not the DMV. She never sent the paperwork. This place is the worst and the incompetency is inexcusable. I would definitely go some where else and skip this in reliable dealership. My husband was going to buy a truck from them, however he will not. We will never do business with this company again. Dennis is a great owner and he will do anything to make sure you drive away in the right car. Karen is absolutely worthless and doesn't file the paperwork for you to get your plates. It took me 6 months to get mine and I only got them because I told them I contacted the police and the dmv and BBB. I personally know 10+ people that she has done this to. When I went to get my second set of temporary plates, she made me hide them under my shirt when i left because she didn't want her husband to find out. I also tried calling to talk to him and she just kept telling me he was busy and that I couldn't.

Terrible after the sale. I see a review from a year ago saying Karen is worthless that it took 6 months to get their plates and title. Well nothing has changed she is still worthless and does not accept responsiblity. I have been waiting nearly 3 months for my plates and title. She blames it on the DMV when in fact she is incompetent. Every time I call she is ya ya ya and talks right over me. She says she will take care of it and never does. I have filed a complaint with the DMV and the Better Business Bureau and I am still getting no where. DMV says it is pending and she says DMV has all the information. So who is telling me the truth? I will never recommend this place. I less than 2 weeks I will have a car I cannot drive as the temp plates will be expiring. Her attitude is appalling for someone who deals with customers.
