Worst customer service ever. And this isn't a one time thing. I go there several times a month. Today was the worst they mixed up me and another customers sandwiches didn't say sorry or offer to look at them since they had gloves on. Us customers had to find our own sandwich after they where wrapped. Then they charged me for both of the orders. Then when I said something about them charging me for both orders they just sat there and looked at me like I was an alien. The other customer asked if they had a ATM so he went and took out $20 to pay me back for his sandwiches. I asked them if they where gonna stand there and look dumb or do anything. The one employee said that we already paid for it. So apparently they don't know how to do refunds or know what they are. I will never go to this subway ever again. I'll drive 20 min to the next closest subway. Once again they NEVER APOLOGIZED OR ACTED LIKE THEY DID ANYTHING...

Did not say a word not hi there, or can I help you, just nothing. After a second, I just start ordering my food. She continues to make it and she does do a good job but still does not say or ask a single thing. Then she rings me up with out saying anything still and just hands me my change and walks away. Did not say have a good day or thank you or anything. She literally never said a single word the entire time. Never smiled or said a word. I have never seen that before. This was on a Monday about 3:30 in the afternoon. They were not busy at all. I was the only customer then another gentleman c9me in after I was there. Absolutely terrible...

However today I was greeted with multiple Employees arguing and berating a woman and attempting to get her to pay two dollars extra for a sandwich because she didn’t want cheese on one of the Specialty sandwiches. When it was my turn to order, I was greeted with an unhappy employee who slapped my bread on the table. And when I asked for my sandwich toasted like I have gotten for six years, he told me no. When I tried to challenge and again ask for my sandwich to be toasted. He said I will not be doing that, and then immediately moved onto what I wanted on my sandwich. This was one of the worst experience I’ve ever had at a subway.
This place has low ratings for a reason beware.
