★☆☆☆☆ I recently visited Galería de Novios with my brother to help him with his wedding attire, and I was extremely disappointed with the experience. The place was completely unorganized, with no clear process or communication.

What really shocked me was how one of the employees yelled at a woman with a baby, telling her to either control her child or leave. Then, the same employee rudely announced that no one was allowed to accompany the person being fitted, even though I simply wanted to see how my brother’s outfit would look.

For a business that claims to be dedicated to weddings and customer service, this was a very unprofessional and disrespectful experience. I do not recommend Galería de Novios to anyone looking for an stress-free and welcoming environment during their wedding planning. Worst...

Unprofessional and dishonest business practices.

I had a very disappointing experience at Galería de Novios. The suit I ordered was not the same suit presented to me at pickup—completely different from what I had selected. When I brought this to their attention, instead of correcting the issue or offering any accountability, they still charged me the full amount.

The staff was unprofessional and dismissive, showing no concern for the mistake or the fact that this was for an important occasion. For a store that specializes in formalwear, their lack of attention to detail and customer service is unacceptable.

Not the best quality or service for weddings, in my opinion. Rented from this store, but after seeing the quality of the suit and having some issues with the service provided where I had to wait a long time on various appointments, had to go to another tuxedo store to get a better quality suit and a better service, a week (5 days to be exact) before the wedding. If they improve the service provided by offering first hand knowledge of its suits to each guests and not just a quick walkthrough (as it gets packed and it’s a small store), this store could have better potential.
