I’ve been chef for over 15 years, and I’m running a prestigious hotel in Charlotte NC. This time I was visiting some family and I have to say my experience was Amazing . The staff super kind and the variety of products and quality was just stunning. I got Argentinian blood sausage, chorizo, hanger tender, picana, rib eye and churrasco and the quality of the meat, flavor of fat, tenderness and overall flavored the meat and sausage just made our family barbecue amazing. I got some spices for the vegetables and a truffle cheese for asparagus, delish. For dessert we got tres leches and mini lemon tart and they were on point. I came from Miami with husband and let me tell you this place is the best of the best, nothing to envy Miami in regards to meat and we have been to the highest quality restaurants but NOTHING like The butchers Block. Everything was so delicious from the appetizers to the dessert. Oh and let me tell you about the customer service! WOW..
