Spring Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Caguas

By far my favorite Chinese food in Caguas.

Located in a small plaza with plenty of parking.

Ordered shrimp with lobster sauce and their garlic tostones. Was surprised I got a small side of french fries. They wrapped my combo box with plastic which I appreciated.

Lobster sauce a good amount of egg in it and it was the right consistency. Fried rice with real ham was a great touch. Tostones with garlic sauce were perfect.

I had the Sesame Chicken Combo which was good AND this is one of the few places that will substitue a bit of extra fried rice for the french fries. The price for the serving of food was decent. The egg roll was disappointing though; not crispy or as delicious as I'd hoped...had a slight taste of oil.
