After seeing how the assistant manager and the owner who was not their at the time of my experience and before you start with your reply owner no I was not apart of that group but I was on their team and what happened that day was a joke and you should know not to go off of just whatever you were told because that is way off from what occurred you had cheating players with the air way to high past 280 I myself had welts and others the size of a marble and bad brushing with popped blood vessels that team engaged so bad and kept spraying the refs watched it all happen and didn’t stop it when that one guy got into it with the other it was self defense he got sprayed more times then I’ve ever seen, playing for years at the Boise field and the Ontario field this was very unprofessional of you and to kick that group out after the other group hid with your assistant manager in the building I tried telling them what happened but no one wanted to hear that is favoritism and lack of care towards new or experienced players, what if that was someone younger? Your lack of liability is laughable multiple people witnessed this. But yet the other people got away with it we all tried to talk to your management but only refs and lies were told, and no the cops were called after the group you all harassed was gone I was still playing when they arrived and I told them my side of the story since clearly that wasn’t been told..sad when a owner lies and a new assistant manager hides away not even to talk to other customers complaining..owner you were not their Sunday so don’t say you know anything about it after what I’ve seen I’m sad to say your establishment is not like the Boise one the rules don’t get followed , kids arnt safe your management is laughable and your responses are just to cover your own waiver and liability you know it was wrong and you could’ve made it right and that would reflect in the reviews but I don’t think that’s happening and I can’t wait until the new paintball place opens up this upcoming year…BEWARE OF THIS PLACE AND PLAY AT...
Read moreGood spot for Paintball fun near Boise. I took my 13yr old son & 3 of his friends (ages 12 & 13) for his birthday celebration. We played in the general session on a Fri afternoon so our group was divided. There were a good number of players that showed up & their skills ranged from novice to advanced. They have several fields of play, lots of infrastructure/obstacles, & several game objectives to keep it interesting.
The 3 friends stopped after the first game due to pain of being shot. In fareness, I know they were hit squarely (I saw it all occur over the front site post of my barrel). It was good experience for the 12 & 13 year olds as they've been comparing bruises ever since & I'm sure for the weeks to come.
Only reason for giving them 4 stars was due to rental hoppers being different sizes & the staff was insisting they weren't and I was wondering if we got the full load out that we paid for...
Long story: The kids stopped after the first game but I wanted to get my money's worth - use all the ammo. Going into my final match, I filled my hopper but remembered I was low on gas. I decided to pour my full hopper into one of the kid's rental gun's hopper (he played only one game so had a full air tank though his hopper was empty because we'd already robbed it for the previous game). I poured my hopper into his hopper assuming they were the same size. When his was full, mine still had approx 20 to 40 balls remaining in my original hopper. This turned into a fiasco to swap everything as I was hurrying to join the last game, wanted to expend all remaining ammo, have a full air tank, etc. Several staff members were attempting to convince me the hoppers were the same size (not to worry). They clearly weren't the same size but the issue I have (being a cheap skate) was that the rental includes 200 balls. Given we all started with full hoppers and that was supposed to equal 200 balls, I was left wondering if I got too many balls at the start or they...
Read moreVisited for my first time today and was extremely disappointed. There isn’t a speed ball course and I’m not a fan of the courses they do have, I’ll explain why. I have been to many paintball places in my life and every single one of them have a rule that you are out of you get shot anywhere on you gun/equipment. For some reason pyrrhic does not have this rule so as a result a lot of their courses make it impossible to get people out because they can just stick their gun out a window or through a hole in the wall, making it impossible to hit them. Another problem is the game scenarios they have, every one that I played gave people multiple lives, which is ridiculous and makes it impossible to move up without running into the same person waiting for you. Even worse is the fact that players can sit right outside the start area of another team so when players do come back in they can immediately shoot them out. The main reason that I will not be returning here is the referees, absolutely terrible. Little kids were blind firing, not going out when hit, and not following the rules. The referees were young and did not enforce anything or had the back turned, staring at one area for a extended period of time. Lastly I would also like to mention that the staff as well as many of the kids playing there used vulgar and disgusting language, often screaming obscenities at the top of their lungs....
