I have been experiencing ongoing issues with disturbances in the southwest corner of the parking lot near the canal. Late at night, people gather to drink, smoke marijuana, and play loud music, making it difficult to get a peaceful night's rest. Despite the expectation of a quiet and safe environment, these disruptions continue without resolution.

I would not recommend this place to anyone seeking a peaceful and well-managed living space. The lack of enforcement and action on these matters is disappointing. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and implements...
