ASK TO GET MY OWN MAIL AND A NEW KEY! THE PROBLEM WAS I HAD DMV PAPER WITH PHOTO ID AND I HAVE MY DRIVER LICENSE IN MY PHONE. I ASK CLEARK AND WAS DENID WHEN BEFOR HE EVEN HADED ME MY MAIL, KNOW THEY WANT TO GO BY PROTOCOL AND I UNDERSTAND. BUT WHEN I ASK TO SPEAK TO POST HEADMASTER I COULD HERE THEY WERE LAUGHING AT ME. WHEN CONFRONTED SHE SAID "OH" THE ROOM IS BIG MAYBE SOMEONE ELSE WAS LAUGHING, HOW RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OF HER PART! I TOLD HER I WAS LISTENING IGNORE ME AND DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO LOOK AT IT. WHY DOES THE HEADMASTER TREATS CLIENTS OR EVEN POSSIBLE CLIENTS THAT WAY?
