I ate here several times. The burgers and fries are good old fashioned burgers and fries. The burgers are juicey, the condiments fresh, packed with flavor. Although, they did mess up my sons burgers by not removing the onions, as requested, but that was an easy fix. The fries are like the thick, long, old fashioned kind I used to eat at Tommy's when I was a kid in the 80's, not toothpick fries. And, the $5 dollar pizzas are amazing, not New York pizzas, but quite the deal. I thought they were going to be a joke, or something similar to Little Ceaser's, but these, too, were super zesty. Ours were packed with cheese you could jump rope with, the pepperoni was juicey, the crust moist. We got full off of one, opposed to the two we usually eat from LC. And, the left over pizza still tasted zingy the next morning, unlike the cardboard you're left with from the competitors. The restaurant itself has a vintage, yesterday feel to it. I will continue to eat here whenever passing through here, and recommend this place to anybody...

The Jalapeno cream cheese Danish is buttery, perfectly flakey, and the flavor of the Jalapeno works really well and tastes fresh. We also had dorado beef tacos-- a homemade shell and excellent flavor. Plus, the green sauce that is optional (and included) was tops, too! The prices are really good here too...between that and the amazing flavors, my aim to limit the carbs in my...

My wife ordered the beef (carne asada?) for us to share, and it was delicious... Unctuous, almost creamy with some kind of cheese (I suspect this is what fast food 'queso' seeks and fails to replicate), small bits of crunch... It would remind you in good ways of a Philly Cheese Steak or Greek gyros, but totally Mexican in flavor profile.
Far off the beaten path, but if your travels take to the Salton Sea, well...
