The fruit and veg can be older and verging on going bad. I bought some strawberries from there this past weekend and unfortunately did not have my glasses with me at the time, after about 10 mins in the car on the way home we started to smell that rotten produce smell, I wondered if it was the box the guy had placed the stuff we purchased in. When we got home I started to cut the strawberries and I notice the 2nd layer and down they were old and over ripe, shriveling and gross. Out of the 3 baskets of strawberries I immediately had to throw away 1 full basket, withing 2 days at least another full basket went into the trash. The tomatoes were also over ripe as was the mango - which by the next day after purchase was shriveled and bad looking. I have had this problem with their fruit before but made the mistake of going back again, but I will not shop there again after this, I have learned my lesson. Overall - fruit...

Ridiculous price on strawberries!! I asked the man how it was for the case. I said, am sorry, but I am hard ofhearing. Then he said the price and thought he said $20. Oh heck no! He gave me the receipt and it said $40!! I was shocked and I questioned it. He said I told you $40, I told him. I didn't hear him. He tried to embarrass me by saying sorry no funds!!! I wanted to cry because I knew their was funds !! I told him to try again !! He ignored me and a nice lady said if mine doesn’t go through it’s his machine !! So I waited and cleaned my chip . So I can slide the card again and it went through ! Came home and checked my bank account and I got charged 3x !!! I go their to buy my strawberries since I sell chocolate covered strawberries I never would imagine this would happen to me !
