I’m so glad I purchased from TurnKey Parlor! Neil was the gentleman I was in contact with and he was awesome. I talked to him about a machine I wanted from their website, 794 Taylor. When he went to check on it, he apologized and said that should’ve been removed from the website but still honored the price listed and was able to obtain another 794. He walked me through the entire purchase process and told me the machine should be ready to go once they did one final systems check on it. The next day, he had some bad news and said the machine was not up to their standards and couldn’t ship it in good conscience. He offered me a refund OR he had a newer model C713 ready to go. Neil knew I was in a bit of a time crunch and, even though the C713 cost more, he STILL honored the price listed on the website for the 794! Are you kidding me? I was not familiar with the C713 but Neil sent me the manual for the machine and it turned out to be very similar in operation so we went ahead with it. I was hesitant to pay through PayPal. I was not familiar with that payment method, but Neil walked me through it and it was a breeze. He answered any and all questions I had and by the end of the week, I had a new machine! The technicians that delivered the machine were extremely helpful and installed it and made sure it worked. They showed us how to operate it and left a number if we had any questions. This team is amazing! If you are in the ice cream business, this is the place to purchase the proper equipment. I purchased a merchandise freezer from a large restaurant supplier online. The freezer was awful. It didn't keep temperature and it ruined every novelty in it, yet it was marketed as a merchandise freezer. I had it for 2 years and got rid of it. These guys steered me in the right direction and I purchased a proper ice cream merchandise freezer. This one is a work horse and I am so glad I consulted with Turnkey.
