I give it 2 stars just for having the doors open. After that, this place has been pretty much a rotten addition to my day most every time I patronize there. Early AM Cashier's with poor attitudes, inattentive, seemingly unknowledged about store procedures. I go in and there's no one there. Witness was a guy in there knocking on doors. Finally some guy comes out of the head carrying his shoes! I can't make thus crap up! Last straw was July 7. Go in for coffee, and 4 urns ALL EMPTY. I ask the CSR if there's any ready and he says not yet. He then walks over to the carafe and turns it on and walks away. Amazing! I was there at least 4 minutes getting to the coffee station and prepping the cup with cream, sugar, and flavoring. Why isn't coffee there when folks are going to WORK? Beyond me. I've been a regular at this store for a few years now and it's been alright, but the gentleman who has recently started working the night shift is incredibly rude. He saw me walk up to the counter to check out and casually walked away to do something of his own. I stood there for a solid 5 minutes. Then, I went to look for him and found him picking up items in an aisle and putting them into a bag. Soda machine was covered in flies, the soda come out transparent, so I went to the counter and mentioned it. She was obvoisly not happy, picked up my cup and just threw it down the drain thingy and said "how hard is it to do that?" and then I went to pay...with a $20 bill. Uh oh, I asked (had to, didn't I) if I could get some quarters in the change. She said "no, and you're actually annoying me now".
