Ivan Smith Furniture — Local services in Camden

I have been a customer at Ivan Smith in Camden for several years.. I have had great service every time I have visited there. The employees are always showing much patience If I were asking a lot of questions or unsure about anything or if I was browsing the store, they always ask if I need help. I had a very bad experience with this company. The washer and dryer I was buying was supposed to be $699, I got charged $799. When I asked about it they said that the prices were posted wrong. It took a week to deliver and it was after dark when they made it. Now my cough, recliner, and bed frame was delivered almost a month later. The delivery people was rude to my daughter and was making nasty comments that she heard. I will never buy from here again or recommend anyone...

In store employee super helpful and friendly. Delivery was an hour late but liked their app to see where delivery folks were. They were quick to unload and really nice. Recliner gets 5 stars. Super comfortable. The big fuzzy chair gets 2 stars. Chair looks great, comfortable once u get in it but for older folks, it is super hard to get out of. I would say great for the younger folks and no to the older folks. Will see how...
