I went into the store today hoping and literally praying that my service would be good and that my transaction would be easy. I’ve been having a REALLY rough couple of weeks. Anna and Andres provided excellent service and worked perfectly as a team. I was moved to literal tears when I listened to Andres explain on the phone that an immigrant had lost his employment due to COVID19 and needed his phone. The gentleman could not afford to make a full payment, and Andres really wanted to help him. He asked to speak with a supervisor at the call center and worked in a way that I have not seen lately. You never know what a person is going through and just witnessing that level of kindness and compassion when the world is full of hatred and ugliness and death and violence, it was soul shaking and positively emotionally overwhelming. My own personal experience was effortless. Anna was so patient answering all of my questions and making sure that I got exactly what I needed. These two are gold! They both deserve the best of everything that life has to offer. Keep being kind. The world needs more people like you two. I hope your central office sees this review and thanks y’all for representing them...

Read moretema de cambiar 3 líneas. De otra compañía. A esta !!Amable la señorita que me atendió. Todo cambió cuando le empecé a preguntar por el costo beneficio. De la oferta que me ofreciera. quería el plan más alto en cuestión de beneficio. En megabyte que me ofrecían de bajada y de subida. Lo cual se sorprende y me i dice que es ilimitado y después de 500 mb. Ella confundida llamo a su supervisor la cual prepotente dijo son 500 MB. Ilimitado. Y dijo sino que lo busquen en Google eso me sorprendió mucho ya que aquí en (USA ) no capacitan en este tema a su personal la chica interesada en el tema ne cometo le explicara un poco, ya que en 2 años nadie le hablo de esto . Le explique y su supervisor se molesto más no saben cuanto es su red de bajada en MB. Y menos de subida creo que los usuarios deben de saber esto yaque muchas veces pagan por un servicio que no se recibe. También no supo decir si su servicio era simétrica o asimétrica!!!
